NVIDIA Control Panel Error Message When Opening

Hello, I recently just got a new PC and I was installing drivers, at one point I opened NVIDIA Control Panel and it just came up with this error message:

 

"NVIDIA Driver is not installed on your system

To Use NVIDIA Control Panel, Install the latest NVIDIA Driver"

 

When I click the link it gives, it opens with this website: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?language=ENU

 

How can I gain access to the control panel again?

DDU your driver and reinstall. If you mention your gpu I can give you the link to your driver
