The connection might be getting lost. Is the receiver in any way obstructed?

I am far from an expert in this so please correct me if I’m wrong.

I have have a similar issue occasionally with my wireless headset and it usually goes away when I pull my receiver closer. If you have a usb extender I would try using it so you can have the receiver closer and on the desk.

By pull it closer I mean bringing the receiver closer.

I just put it on my desk and it still is cutting out

How long have you had the headset? Has it always had this issue? If it’s new, you might have a defective one.

My dad actually gave it to me, though he said he had no problems with it before. I've had it for around a couple months i think.

I think it a standard problem with wireless headsets. I still haven’t been able to find a fix for mine 100% of the time but sometimes turning it off and back on will work for a few hours.

Yeah putting it on the desk fixed it, well sort of it still cuts out randomly but its a lot better now.
