I am completely new to PC building. Three questions:

1) I have a build guide that is revised from this and I have added the Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro dummy RAM sticks (I like RGB. Please don't say it is pointless; that is not what I am asking) because I want to fill the empty ram slots. 2) I want to switch to G.Skill Trident Z but I don't know if they sell dummy ram sticks.

3) I have also heard 'Dual channel' and 'Quad channel', so if I get 4x8gb instead of 2x16gb, will it be better for my PC?

what cpu?

all pga 1331 and lga 1200/1151 have 2 memory channels meaning  that quad channel is not an option and all 4 sticks will run at dual

will it be better ? it depends will you use the extra bandwidth ?

PC: Motherboard: ASUS B550M TUF-Plus, CPU: Ryzen 3 3100, CPU Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34, GPU: GIGABYTE WindForce GTX1650S, RAM: HyperX Fury RGB 2x8GB 3200 CL16, Case, CoolerMaster MB311L ARGB, Boot Drive: 250GB MX500, Game Drive: WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM HDD.

I haven't heard of Trident Z dummy sticks, but your 3700X only has dual channel support. Quad channel is generally only on workstation platforms like Threadripper, and it doesn't have too much effect for games afaik.

1) I can fix up that parts list for you a little bit. SLI is dead. (I'll send it once I'm done)

2) I don't think they do.

3) Quad channel controllers are found only on HEDT or server processors.

Based on the "Blender Ultimate Guide" I'm guessing it'll be used for rendering-- OP @codermagic56 please correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes, I will be rendering extreme graphic intensive scenes on it and allowing others to play limited games on it.

This is the PCPP list I was gonna recommend, buy a windows license on eBay and save $100. If your workload scales between graphics cards, get 2 2080S.

the case is bad

something like a mechify  c will be alot better for airflow

also a 2080ti is almost never needed unless you need the bigger frame buffer

Alright, for that workload dual 2080S's makes a lot of sense-- generally rendering prefers the "MOAR GPUS" approach over a single, slightly faster card.

Many cheap windows licences are not Microsoft legal. Besides, I have enough money for win 10 pro. (It says home but I need pro for work.) Also, I am not fond of the watermark

What does the AORUS pro do differently than the X570-E?

My monitor is actually the FI27Q because my peers wanted to play games on it.

Also to clear up any confusion I want to switch to G.Skill because they are aurasync compatible.

"My favorite case is the mechify c and it is the best case and if you say otherwise you're lying"

it also has way better airflow than the 510

running these hot running components in a case with limited airflow isnt a good idea

if you still think im biased a p400a would also be a good option

It's not illegal. What they do is take legitimate windows keys off of laptops or whatever that are broken for reuse on something else.

Microsoft says that is illegal.

You can really do whatever you want in terms of motherboard, as long as it's high quality. The important bit in my list is getting a 3900x and a 2080ti. You gotta tell us tho, does your workload scale between cards?

How do I tell?

Could someone answer these questions:

1) On the ASUS ROG STRIX X570-E Gaming motherboard with an AMD Ryzen 9 3900x CPU, should I use a Corsair Vengance RGB Pro with 2x16gb and dummy ram sticks and have limited AuraSync support, or should I use 4x8gb either g.skill or corsair?

2) What about the Aorus X570 Pro Wifi?

3) Which motherboard should I use?

4) Do I NEED two way SLI and how will it affect my performance?

5) Should I use the motherboard HDMI or the GPU HDMI?
