Hi guys

I was doing some overclocking in Ryzen Master and got a stable setting of 4.3GHz all core boost at 1.3v.
I was happy with this so on my Asus ROG Strix b450f motherboard I went into the bios and to the AMD Overclocking section and went to the CPU overclocking convig and set the clock speed to 4300 and the voltage to 1.3.
I applied this setting and now my PC completely refuses to post.

This happened last night and I've tried to clear the BIOS by removing the CMOS battery with everything turned off and putting it back in and still no post at all.

I'm getting a solid white vga light on my motherboard which is strange.

i don't have a spare AM4 CPU or GPU lying around to test hardware failure, do you guys think my GPU or CPU is fried because of tihs?

I didn't get any jumpers with my motherboard so I tried using a metal object earlier to try to short them but I can't get it to post, I don't know if it's because my methodology isn't working or because the method isn't working.

Bought actual jumpers and I'm 99% sure it successfully reset the bios and I'm still getting the white VGA light. My friend is coming over with a gpu to see if the gpu is fucked (I hope it is) If not then it would be my CPU and possibly other things
