1st Gen Ryzen Ram issue

I had ram issues lately with my pc, some times when i turn on the pc i find half of my system ram reserved for system, sometimes i find problems with ram speed, should i update bios or it's caused by power supply.

My PC:

MOBO: MSI A320M PRO-VH PLUS

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600

RAM : CORSAIR VENGEANCE DDR4 2400MHZ 8GB*2

GPU: GIGABYTE AORUS GTX 1660 TI 6GB

PSU: SMART POWER 450W 80+ BRONZE

PSU shouldnt have anything to do with what issue your having. And System reserved shouldn't be an issue unless you are having Out of mem errors

would you recommend updating bios??

because i have my doubts about that

The issue is the horrid board with an outdated BIOS and chipset driver. Though that power supply is also poor quality and likely to fail and destroy something
