Hi everyone! So I recently started building my first PC, and a friend of mine told me about LinusTechTips on youtube, I just wanted to say...I feel like I've learned more valuable information in the past 2 weeks than I did in my first 3 years of college, just by watching Linus all day =D

 

I'm fallen in love with components, their specs, building computers, and studying just how each and every piece of a computer works, and I'm actually now pursuing it as a career. Motherboards are my favorite this to study, hence the name, and I was really curious, what exactly is the best to just plain learn everything about EVERYTHING? I'm really anxious to continue educating myself but I feel like I've seen almost everything YouTube can offer me for now, and at this point, I can only learn by just talking to professionals. Is there a way I can learn more, like RIGHT now??? I'm planning on going to school for some sort of computer science or engineering but for now I just want to learn more in my off time.

your plans all over the place 850w for no gpu is a waste get 500w or something and thermal compound for a stock fan ummm just get a 212 evo or something

also i dont think you can run 2 monitors off the integrated graphics you will need a gpu

Would've thought he had built it already, he has bought everything from my common sense as he said he has begun building it.

There is a GPU...and it's not a stock fan lol you should really read through the custom parts before you comment on it. I may be a noob to this, but I'm not an idiot lol
