1st drive: Throws a registry error on restart and wants me to use a boot media to fix.

 

2nd drive: Won't boot. Picture included is what it's doing with the second drive.

 

Any clue wtf is going on with the 2nd? The first I don't care about, I was in the middle of switching to the 2nd as my boot drive and had already pulled any files off of it that I need. Everything else was old junk I held onto over the years.

As said, you need a recovery disk and repair your installation.

You probably have a damaged boot manager.
