Astro A20 Mic

Does anyone own a astro a20 headset? If yes i need your help, basically whenever i use it the mic refuses to work whatsoever on everything discord any games that use a mic and it only works in the astro command center thats the only place where i can hear it help?

Okay now it broke again it turned off without me telling ot do i literally did nothing im trying to talk to my friend but it wont stop turning off WITHOUT me telling it to turn off

Did you switch to another app, or did something happen when you switched? Sometimes games will use different sample rates and the Windows Audio API can't handle that. Is the cable damaged?

No the cable is fine and i was playing a game that dosent use mic at all but it just randomly turned off
