GTA V CRASHING

I got gta v of epic games for free and I've been playing flawlessly but yesterday it started freezing completely and alt=TAB made the game go black then after a few mins disappear

without any crash logs or such this only happens when in long online sessions while doing missions not in single player or online freeroam so its not that bad but anyhelp

Depending on what you mean by "crash", a black screen is usually the GPU throwing in the towel. But it could also be RAM, where the system just runs out of memory and the black screen is the symptom of the OS trying to close the game due to the RAM being exhausted.
