I used to use a computer (got a new one) that was actually pretty good with games and video editing, even though i used integrated graphics. But, ever since a couple years ago, when I would restart, it would (the majority of the time) send no signal to a monitor. Every monitor I tried would do the same thing. I tried a graphics card and it did it almost every time. But, if i turn it off and wait like 15 minutes or so, it would be fine. I don't know if it's an easy fix, or if it's a huge problem. Any help would be good.

AMD Phenom II X4 960T

2 8GB DDR3 Ram sticks running in Dual Channel
