(Take look at image to know what I’m talking about) I was wondering if the Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI) ATX AM4 Motherboard is the only motherboard that requires an adaptor when using a Noctua NH-D15 82.5 CFM CPU Cooler as my air cooler, and I was also wondering if the cooler would fit in a and any mid-tower case or if I’m suppose to buy a full tower case if I do use that cooler?

It's just referring to AM4 mounting hardware which should be included with updated stock. You can ask the seller for confirmation but it should be included as long as the socket is listed by the retailer's listing. 

 

The NH-D15 SE-AM4 if available, is also basically the same thing.
