Storage not reconized

This week a brought a 120 gig ssd and 2 terabyte Hdd and my ssd came first and wouldn't recognize no matter what tutorial I watch and I just thought I'll get a new one but a few days later my Hdd came in and it won't work so I'm wondering if my moderboard is at fault I tried every cable and still won't work I'll be sending any needed info please help

does it show up in the bios? Does it show up in disk management? 

 

Did you try a differnt port onyour mobhetboard?

It do-sent show up on bios or disk managements also i tried all the ports i can get unless sata has ports that aernt used for data

My build is a rtx 2060 stock a asus board not sure which type but can give more details but it also has a seagate 500gig hdd and a cooler master RS-500-PCAR-D3. Its my first PC so welcome for help or criticism.
