Better GPU cooling solution?

My specs for my 5 year old rig:

 

Intel i5-4460

Radeon RX 580 (recent upgrade)

16 GB of DDR3 RAM

Gigabyte H97M-D3H motherboard

 

With the summer heat coming around and no AC in my office, it can be a little warm in my office. I've noticed recently on my NZXT Cam monitor that when my GPU is under load, the temp will spike from 40 C to 75-82 C pretty quickly. Although it is not too dangerous a temp, I'm still looking for any ideas to improve the cooling of my rig; please note that I am also in the beginning stages of planning a new build for next year when money will hopefully not be in as such short supply :)

The 580 is a hot card.  Case air improvements are the traditional one if you want to stay air.  High ambient air temps don’t have a lot of fixes though.  With a new build will come different GPUs which will have different issues so it’s hard to predict.
