They are basically just normal Gateron switches, so yes. You just have to desolder the LEDs (as they are on top of the switch, rather than SMD) and switches, and then solder on the LEDs and replacement switches. You should be able to replace them with SMD Gateron switches, as they have a slit for the LEDs, or any other switch that has the appropriate cutouts. If you don't care about the RGB lighting, you can just replace them with any Cherry MX style switch, though you might need to clip off the two plastic legs on PCB mount switches (I assume the PCB does not have holes for PCB mount switches.

 

If you just have issues with your keyboard, you could just RMA it
