UPDATE: Thanks everyone for your input! I will be definitely getting the GPU


I recently had a job for 2 weeks, and now I have the opportunity to upgrade my graphics card using the paycheck I got.

My current Graphics Card is a used ASUS GeForce® DUAL GTX 1050Ti 4GB
The Card I am interested in purchasing is a GeForce® RTX 2060 SUPER™ GAMING OC WHITE 8G

I don't know if the upgrade will be a huge step-up or not, and I don't think it will be worth all the money if it isn't.
I would probably end up spending some of the money on buying a chroma keyboard, and rgb lighting for my gaming area otherwise since my rgb strip recently burnt out.

Current Build: @1080p 144hz
MOBO       Asus Prime Z270-A
CPU          Intel i7-7700k 4.2Ghz
GPU          Asus 1050ti 4GB
RAM          Corsair 16GB 2666Mhz

It will be a big upgrade, whether its worth spending your hard earned money, is pretty subjective.

 

You can also recoup some of the cost by selling the 1050ti.
