Cant even access BIOS

My MOBO starts automatically as soon as I connect it to power, but the fans don't spin and the CPU starts to heat up, and if I leave it on it will get hot very hot. It is a laptop and the same behavior happens when it was assembled.

i will paste some photos as soon as i get home in a few hours, thanks! Any idea on what could be happening? Computers are supposed to start after pressing the power button, in this case it acts as if it wouldn't have any power switch. I re did the thermal paste and nothing, also I have removed the MOBO silver battery since yesterday hoping it resets and acts normal again, I couldn't find how to reset through jumpers, manual don't say it and MOBO neither. I have it unplugged because when connected to any power source it starts the heat up dramatically...

The power button should remain off after I hook up the power cable, but it turns on right away and the heating begins:

I removed and same thing, the LED light of the power button goes on immediately and fans won't spin, then everything starts getting really hot:
