Help! My Gpu is possessed!

Help! I recently built myself a pc and got it to turn on and I was able to boot into the bios. However when installing windows 10 something strange happened. My Gpu fans (that weren't moving) revved up to full speed and my display went blank. It then proceeded to do this multiple times before I cut the PCs power. Later, I managed to install windows but again could not do much as whilst installing AMDs drivers, the card did the rev up and stop again. I also sometimes can't boot into windows and the screen goes blank without the fans revving(though I think this is due to a dodgy install). 

 

Anyway I hope somebody can help. I've included my build specs below. 

 

 

Cpu: Ryzen 3 3100

Motherboard: Gigabyte b450m ds3h

Gpu: xfx rx 570 8gb 

Ram: 2 sticks of 8gb corsair vengeance Pro rgb. 

Psu: Game max gm600

Storage: 256gb ssd and 2tb hdd

GPU unstable at factory clocks maybe, see if there are cards with lower clocks and flash in a BIOS for one of those cards

 

Edit: RMA if possible before any of this

That sounds very unwise, especially if its a new GPU where this would be counted as a fault and flashing the BIOS would invalidate the warranty.

Solved! It turns out that I had to use the mobo disc drivers not the AMD website drivers

i too got a rx570 few days ago, recent drivers are having quite some issues, low fps in my case, got older drivers to initiate the card first then new driver works
