I just wanted to chime in,
 

Yes building a PC is generally cheaper and will always recommend it. You learn a lot and there’s an entire community behind every topic that’s available for help where you need it. 
 

That being said: the markets for parts are very off right now and you may end up buying a pre built system for that reason alone. So in that case, buying a pre built isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but you’ll definitely be getting less for your money than you would ~6 months to a year from now.

Just take 30 mins to watch a build vlog from ltt bitwit or any other pc youtuber (apart from verge). These are all shit and you can do so much better by building your own. You will feel so much better after building knowing you got twice or more the performance for the same price.

 If you're deadset on not building it yourself you can also check your local classifieds or facebook marketplace see if there is anything listed in your price range. Keep in mind it's a whole other ball game buying a gaming PC on the used market. If you find one, type out the specs on here and get a second opinion on if it is worth it or not.

My budget is £600 British pounds UK. I know it’s low but just wanna play like gta on it and that.

yeah i would get a b450 max but it will take you a tiny bit over budget. i think the 3100 is fine for his use case. he can go for a 3300x if he wants to spend extra.

OP needs the part list in british pounds not USD, if you make the part list in USD with US merchants the pricing is off and some parts available in the US are not in the UK.
