Crashing/BSOD's when trying to stream

Hi folks,
I have an issue for almost a few days now. When I'm trying to livestream a certain game(Valorant, CS:GO and COD:MW specifically), after 10-20 minutes either the game crashes or I get some sort of a BSOD.
Here are the types of BSOD I got so far:

  • DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL(mwac.sys, dxgkrnl.sys)
  • MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
  • KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE

The methods I've tried:

  • Ran the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool, which showed no errors.
  • ran sfc /scannow, which showed no errors.
  • ran DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth, which showed no errors.
  • chkdsk wasn't able to run because " the volume was in use by another process". I scheduled it to happen on the next reboot, but when I tried again the same message came up.
  • Uninstalled GPU driver with DDU and reinstalled it
  • Tried a new streaming program, with AMD encoding instead of H.264

What can be the Issue? What I'm planning to do is, because I'm currently running on a bit old 500GB HDD is that tomorrow I'll buy a new HDD and an SSD for the boot drive and do a clean install of Windows. Can this even be a Storage-related issue?
My specs:

  • Gigabyte B450 GAMING X mobo, BIOS version f50
  • AMD Ryzen 5 3600X, no overclock
  • 16GB Corsair Vengeance 3200MHz CL16 kit
  • Sapphire RX580 pulse 8GB
  • 700W PSU
  • 500GB  7200RPM HDD

Thank you for everyone trying to help in advance. Stay safe ❤️

Based upon this thread from around 2 years ago, it seems to be a a GPU driver issue. In the thread, though, the poster's GPU was nVidia, but it may be an AMD driver issue too.

Newbie here

2 and a half years in this field

Take my advice with a grain of salt!

Interesting... right now I think that Valorant's anti-cheat, Vanguard is causing my issues, given that a lot of ppl are getting similar problems to mine. Unfortunately I haven't tested streaming+gaming without Vanguard running, but I'm buying new storage today and I'll do a clean install of Windows, and then I won't install Valorant off the bat just to check if Vanguard really is the issue here. I'll update this topic as soon as I have my results.

Update:
I have installed an SSD and a new HDD, and did a clean install of Windows. I haven't downloaded Valorant yet because of the rumours that Riot Vanguard is causing my issues, so I tried to test-stream some cs:go, and here's what happened:
Everything went well for about 30 minutes, then first I got hit with a "PFN_LIST_CORRUPT" BSOD. After that, a few minutes after back in the game CSGO fatal error'd, which was later solved with a file verification through steam. Then, Streamlabs hit me with a fatal error.
I literally have no clue to what is happening with my PC, but I'm kinda starting to give up on it.

Here's the log I found from this latest BSOD:

Now, if I understand correctly this really might be a driver issue. But is there a way I can deal with this? My driver install is brand new and it is the latest stable version.

Accompanying this there was a "amdkmdap stopped responding and has successfully recovered" warning in the logs too.
