is this build compatible?

Im sorry that the title is weird i had no idea what to title this thread.

Recently my motherboard died in my computer and i have been looking at options when i stumbled upon the lga 2011 socket. Basically i have a 650 watt power supply, 8gb of 1600mhz DDR3 ram, a 240gb SSD, and an RX 580 8gb from my previous build and i was thinking about trying to put those on a dell precision t3600 motherboard with like a e5 1690 (8 core 2.9ghz base 3.8ghz boost). My power supply looks like it will work with the board and the cpu is listed as compatible but I wanted to ask if anyone had any experience and knew if they would work together. Also I cant find any information about whether that motherboard has usb 3.0 on it. I also was looking at cooler's and not sure if any of them would work either. Basically this is the parts list

Thank you so much!

I don't know if they did anything to the 24-pin to make it proprietary, but almost everything else looks proprietary on that board. I'd get one of the huanan X79 boards over it.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W
