Hard Drive/s:          1x 256 SSD, 1x 500GB HDD, 1x TB HDD

 

I will be needing a new case, but currently no other peripherals, will be looking in to dual monitors but not in this budget.

 

Currently i get some over heating issues and have been considering liquid cooled, thoughts?

You might get a better GPU for the rest of your budget like a 2070S or even 2080.
