Evaluating some stuff

I need to evaluate some tech I have here, because I think it's time to upgrade:

My phone: Sony Xperia U, kinda good condition, no scratches, just the corners are of course a bit damaged. Purchased August 2012 so it still has 1/2 year warranty. I was thinking €100 here, too much?

My GPU: I bought the 660 in December 2012, so it still has 1 year warranty, used just for gaming, never went past 65°C. How much should I ask for it? I was thinking €120.

I will also be changing my mice and keyboard this year, Roccat Kova and Valo, both no warranty. Mice is in a very good condition, keyboard is pretty dirty but I can clean it no problem. How much should I ask for this?

The 660 sounds about right. My 670 recently got £150 on eBay, so I'd imagine that the 660 would get around €120-€130

How much can I expect for the phone, I must admit it's really sucky and the Moto G price is hard to pass on, but the buyer doesn't need to know that

And for the pheripherals, I was thinking €20 for the mouse and €30-40 for the keyboard. Does that sound fair? The mouse is ambidexterous with a 3500DPI optical sensor and multicolor backlight, the keyboard is membrane with like 40 macro keys.
