No install

Tried Win 7 got nowhere .... tried Win10 got no further...

 

I've never had so much difficulty with an Asus Mobo in all my days.

I'm going from Sabretooth to Prime Z390-P with samsung 970 M.2

will NOT load windows without drivers -- cant have drivers without windows - no windows without drivers, no drivers without windows loop .. please I'd be very grateful if someone can help  
 

As you can see my boot drive is plugged in -- it goes through the first page of set up then tells me there is no media 

 

...where does it think it got the set up from in the first place? 

 

... is there someone at MS or Asus i could throw bricks at ?

Use legacy mode and install a legit windows 10 copy. Windows 7 is impossible to install. Same for most pirated 10 version

done all of that - I tend to exhaust all my options ... I;ve done every setting I know of... no further !
