By "ISP routers", do you mean modems with routing functions (i.e. internet gateways)? If they are, they don't tend to allow access to all necessary options to activate/deactivate for this to occur.

 

But let's try. What are the makes/models of the devices?

 

Can your wireless devices get a good signal in the shed?

 

10 metres is not far to run gigabit ethernet. Why can't you do this?

Hey, falcon1986

 

I ended up getting a 15 meter Ethernet cord and wired it out to the other router/ modem and creating an uplink from the modem combo unit in my house to the other modem combo unit in my shed. The only problem I can see is that the 2 IP addresses could cancel each other out

You have to put the second router in bridge mode or basically disable features that allow it to run as a simple switch.
