Power Limiting a 1050ti

If I were to limit the power of a 1050ti to 60% (45W) would it have a big effect on performance? It would mean that it could work with my shitty PSU but I'm not sure if it would actually give performance gain over the current iGPU that way

The 1050ti is already a low wattage, low performance card, taking away 40% of it's power and depending on your other components will drastically lower it's already meh performance.

K, in a few months time I am looking to upgrade my prebuilt which (sadly) only came with 260W. The CPU's TDP is only 65W though, yet I don't know if I want to risk it.
