Wifi card causing Pc start up problems

Hi,

 

A friend of mine is helping build a pc for me. For some odd reason, when we plug in the intel cnvi wifi card, the rig won’t boot up. We have 550w psu so we think we have sufficient power for the rig but what else could be causing the issue?

 

We’re running an i5-9400f, samsung evo 970 1tb, Rtx 2060 in the build no other real peripherals.
