Pixelation issues

Hello, 

 

I am pretty new to PC and just built a pc with my friends help. I have a Geforce GTX 1660. When I play in fivem (GTA mods) I have really bad pixelation issues with the cars and the cars look fake and have very jagged edges on the roofs and windows. Not sure how to fix this in order for them to look nice and slick. Any suggestions? I have all the settings on max and visual mods in.
