Hello guys! I have recently found an issue with my CPU. The clock speed was stuck at it's minimum (2.8 GHz) and nothing could change it. Managed to deal with this by reinstalling the OS using the media creation tool and now the problem is partially gone. Now, the clock speeds are seemingly stuck to the ratio, compared to before when it would fluctuate based on CPU strain. Also, even if I select the maximum ratio allowed in MSI Command Center (3.4 GHz), the CPU is stuck at 3.2 GHz.
