Looking for Lightweight Browser

I am looking for a lightweight browser to use and am up for any recommendations on any browsers that have both low and cpu usage and are very minimalistic. Any recommendations?

If you don't absolutely need the latest multimedia support and only want your browser to be able to render HTML/CSS well enough:

Try NetSurf.

I tried downloading K-Meleon, the setup launcher has been stuck at 50% downloading stuff for a couple hours now, is there a reason behind this? I have tried downloading again but to no avail.
