So i average for a decently cooled room for around 37-45 degrees C idling/browsing. Is this normal at all? Im new to this high end PC stuff. I mainly do development related stuff with Blender3D for Roblox and when on there so to say a game can make it get up to 60 degrees - 62 C and thats all. Is that normal as well?

I would say it is a bit warm at idle than I like but that really depends on motherboard choice, cooling solution and the quality of the silicon.

What is important is the temps while rendering.

These are the temps I got with an i9 9900k at 5ghz all cores with a Noctua NH-D15. It is idling about 3c cooler than I expected and it is using about the same amount of power as my 6 core CPUs so this may be the best case on air.
