RX 570 vs RX 580

Hi guys! I'm building my first rig. The main use will be programing and CPU intensive computing. I may also play some games like PUBG and Assassin's Creed but my main gaming machine is XBOX. 1080p for gaming should be enough for me. My current configuration is like the following

I need a dedicated graphic card. I'm considering between RX 570 and RX 580.

A new RX 570 costs about 140 w/o tax

Should I get a new RX 570 instead of RX 580? How likely a RX 580 is a mining card? I didn't see much difference between RX 570 and 580. Thanks in advance

UserBenchmark shows the average difference between the cards. Looks closely at the EFPS differences.

A 580 will definitely perform better, but the "ARMOR" version from MSI isn't too great. I would maybe look into getting an Nvida card, something like a 1650S. It's roughly as expensive as a 570 and will perform a little better.

I probably need to hackintosh so I mainly consider AMD cards

I prefer sapphire or powercolor cards when it comes to amd.  No particular reason tho but I've always been well served by them.   As for which one between the rx 570 or rx 580 is up to you ... the 580 will be faster.  I honestly don't know what else to say ... the best thing to do would be to watch some review of the cards you're about to purchase to see if they got at least a decent cooler.
