the one on the right is a 3 pin female and a sata is that all i need ?? because the ones on the right are both male 4pin and i have no idea where they go do i ned to plug them in plz help

Fans

 

EDIT - should be for plugging the fans into from your radiator so they can be controlled by the iCUE software/pcb in the pump/block housing
