stability problem

i have a stability problem with my pc. when i start 3DMark (Time Spy) the pc keeps crashing. the screen goes black on all screens. I don't use overclocks at the moment. I did use overclocks but they were all light. I updated all drivers. my temperatures are all fine during a stress test on my ryzen 2700x i get 49c. with an overclock of 4.3 ghz all core 64c. gpu wise i use a 5700 XT from asus ROG strix. the temps of the gpu are fine (even if that is not always the case with the 5700xt from asus ROG strix). does anyone know a solution to this problem. the big problem is crashing and sometimes a bleu screen.

System specs:

CPU AMD Ryzen 7 2700X

RAM Gskill F4-3600C18D-16GTZN

GPU Asus ROG Strix RX 5700XT 8GB

Motherboard Asus x470 prime

powersupply Corsair rm850

CPU Cooler Arctic liquid freezer ii 360mm

disk C WD Blue SN550 NVMe SSD

Extra Disks WD bleu 1tb HDD

                   WD Green 3tb HDD

                   WD bleu 1tb HDD

                   WD Bleu 500G SSD

At the moment I don't even have my RAM at it's rated clockspeed.(running 2133)

I also have to note that i have a lot of monitoring and benchmark programs installed. i have MSI Afterburner and ASUS GPU tweak II.

Sorry for my poor english. I'm from the Netherland

Try to minimize the amount of reporting/performance software you have installed/running at one time. They can interfere with each other and cause issues (from what I understand, they're all trying to communicate directly and they can't distinguish which software sent which requests for information and they confuse themselves).

Going Black, is either:

a) The GPU has crashed (eg the video driver)

or

b) The CPU/MB has shut down the video card for some other reason. This is why you need to listen to the audio to see if it's locked up.

Make sure to install the chipset drivers, which is something people tend to forget when they build a new system. The chipset drivers traditionally were enabling the high performance features of the GPU, USB, Power management, and so forth. So if you forget them, then the OS tends to fail a lot when you start tweaking things.

Thanks for the advice,

Even tho its along time ago. I did a reinstall for my chipset drivers and the problem was solved.

Tanks :)
