So far I have this as my build. Replace the CPU with 10900k though because the site hasn't updated yet I am trying to decide what mobo to get, I like Asus and want it to be RGB but not sure which one to get for Z490. For storage should I get two m.2 ssds and run them in the PCIE card Linus showed in today's video in RAID? I didn't know about it. Also I am looking for a good 6-8TB HDD for mass storage for games and video archives. 
For case I am starting to like how Lian Li 011 looks and CM 500m, but overall the S2 Vision is my favorite. 
For RAM debating between that RAM or the Trident Royal 3600Mhz.
And for PSU I am looking for a 750 but prefer an 850 for just extra breathing room, but PCpartpicker isn't finding any cheap ones, I know there is a shortage but anyone know any good places for cheap ish name brands?

Oh forgot the format, Country is US and it will primary be for gaming and streaming with occasional video editing.

On a Z390 UD ? Erm no. Also no reason to buy the 9900K now that the 10th gen is out.
