Fan compatibility

Will I need to get a fan splitter/controller to use two fans with this board? (Non-PWM fans)

I can count at least 2 fan headers so you don't need a splitter/controller.

Yes but OP needs DC fans and not pwm 

I could be wrong but I don't remember seeing DC connectors on that board

I'm not an expert on fans. but if they are 3-pin they work fine with a 4pin port.

@gloop are you 100% sure? I’m pretty sure there’s a CPU fan header and one sysfan header

That would make two headers. Do you need a third?

 

If so, a fan splitter will be fine. I've used multiple splitters on really cheap motherboards.

I need two sysfan headers, yes.

Although, there does seem to be two fan headers aside from the CPU fan. One above the PCIe x16 slot and one at the bottom of the motherboard

Theoretically speaking yes 

The 4th pin isn't actually used for power
