Pc keeps crashing

Recently factorry resetted my pc, gtx 970, i5-3470 and 16gb ram. It seems to crash whenever something demanding happens. This didn't happen before. I'm trying to use my oculus rift (plugged into the gpu) and it just freezes the computer and all you see in the headset is a random solid colour. My PSU should be enough aswell.
