Help!!!

i been noticing that my pc after some upgrades performance has been subpar and not great most of the time, i had a r5 2600 and a gtx 1080 upgraded to r5 3600 and a 5700xt and i been getting some weird performance issues where if i boot it up and i dont wait at least 10 min after getting into windows i get weird fps drops randomly, anyone knows as to why and how to fix it?

will try saw someone tell me to reinstall windows i just wonder what do i do if that does not work

also did you make sure your nvidia drivers are fully uninstalled

yea i used ddu before installing the amd radeon drivers
