Wamp server and snipe-it

I have followed this -------- guide on installlation and when i type in the link i have chosen it connects but i just get a white page. i ahev gone through all the config files and it all seems to be setup correctly. also if anyone can help me through the firewall stuff to get this working i would be very gratefull.
