Looking to run triple 144hz

YeahMKD

Might be a stupid question.  I am looking to buy a laptop that I want to connect via thunderbolt (display port) to 2 1080 monitors running at 144hz. I also want the screen itself to run at 144hz. So technically 3 screens running at 144hz.

I am not really going to be gaming on it. It is really just for work. Running windows, excel, chrome, youtube that sort of thing. Is there a specific level of GPU that I will need for this? Do I need more than a 1660?

I would think 2060s at minimum?

Another thing is does this require any special technical requirements? Thunderbolt 3 allows for dual 4k at 60 so I suppose it would work with dual 1080 at 144 right?
