Looking to possibly upgrading my machine to Ryzen 3700X or the 3800X and while looking thru the CPU/Motherboard/RAM bundles at Newegg I come across OLOy memory.  I have not had to shop around for memory is a long time, my current memory is Corsair DDR3-2133 and has gone thru three system upgrades..  I'm not familiar with the OLOy brand so just looking for some feedback and/or guidance from current OLOy brand memory users.  Not worried about the speed or amount of the memory as much as the brand.  Pretty much have the mobo picked out also, so the RAM is my biggest concern at this point.

Thanks for the feedback.

Oloy memory is China based company now sold here in good old USA.

So not a top popular brand by any means.

In some forums, I've seen people using it without any issues so far.

So keeping in mind that it being not so popular, there's not a ton of information.

Has there been any RMAs? Did the RMA go smoothly and in the customer's favor.

Did the memory work as intended or better than expected?

Some of these kind of questions we just may not have many answers to unless some people from China that use this memory where it's likely a lot more popular, could come in and give their opinions.

But for the sake of argument, I can't imagine they'd be any worse than some SK Hynix with some crazy Cas 18-20-20 at only 3000Mt/s.....

Many thanks for the information.  Since I had not seen any mention of it in any of the forums I figured that it was something a little screwy.  Think I will tackle the cpu and mobo this month and then the ram next month.  That way will be able to get something a bit more reliable on this side of the pond.
