I got a strange issue going on rn utilization 99% if I set a manual cpu clock speed thru bios (example 4ghz 99% showing 3.95ghz in task manager and HWinfo64....if I set to auto clock speed the  issue goes away set it manually to what auto does issue is back...also if I set the clock speed with ryzen master issue goes away instantly

Aorus B450M F50 I believe is the current bios

When you set a manual oc

What voltage do you go for

It is really unlikely it's the reason but it could be ;)

I have a buddy Shrimpbrime he had suggested if I understood correctly that it could be due to not enough voltage but upping that all the way to 1.45 volt very briefly showed same issue so I went back to what has always worked for me for voltage....also I feel setting my stock clock speed from auto to the same speed it would be but manually causing same issue rules out a power issue aswell ryzen master when I used that I didnt control voltage thru it and didnt crash till I upped it to 4.1ghz so I have room for the amount of vcore I have rn

When did this issue that occuring

Like with previous bios was it a thing ?,

No I've never had the issue before and only thing I've done recently is my Ram oc

I'm gonna assume by oc you mean manual oc and not xmp correct ?

Soc voltage is 1.056 range it fluctuates in bios read out tho so peaks and lows are bit different of course my effective VID is 1.4V I use vcore offset that when needed and i dont leave it on auto also tried turning core performance boost off and didnt change anything either

Also what oc did you go for and for what kit ?

Ram voltage rn is 1.380 higher than 1.4 makes things worse when testing lower than 1.360 causes issues

What oc did you go for and for what ram ?

Srry I corrected the last post my ram is is hynix cjr clocked from 3200mhz stock to 3466mhz 16-18-17-19-35

Can you maybe try a little lower oc

Maybe set your ratio to 100:100 and do 3400

Or something lower

At lower voltage or straight up run at your advertised speeds

With auto voltage using xmp

OC your cpu manually and if the problem is gone then it's probably either an FCLK problem or an imc problem

Can I ask why exactly I should do this here a better question actually how does ryzen master increase the cpu clock does it just increase bclk or do it affect the multiplier because like i said i have zero issue if i set my setting for cpu clock to auto but a manual overclock even to something below my advertised base clock has same issue with 99% utilization i will set my XMP and let you know if that works

Unfortunately I have limited knowledge of ryzen master because I use an Intel cpu do I'm not too familiar with it

Ya it didnt work thx u tho

Enabling xmp and using your manual oc didn't work ?

Try the OC with out xmp

Just to eliminate options really

I enabled xmp tried default for all ram settings tried xmp profile 1 and 2 with my manual tuning of all timings made no difference try bit higher voltage bit lower on ram and cpu heavily did nothing...just in case u arnt aware ryzen master let's you set multiple different aspects of your computer inside the windows environment in order to rule out power delivery I used that to check if bios was acting strange because I set my clock speed in there and it's fine 100% utilization

Well then this is a last ditch effort

Try the over clock without xmp as said above and see if that works
