Write protected RAW USB drive

I've got a brand new Patriot Rage Elite 128GB pendrive and I can't use it. It had been working fine until I connected it to my laptop. For the first time the pendrive was working fine, I could copy files from it and to it, format it etc. On the second time I connected it to the laptop it suddenly became write protected and it changed it's icon and name and file system to RAW.

I tried to format it / remove write protection via windows option, windows safe mode and cmd with diskpart and "X:\>format X" command, hp format tool, hard disk low level format tool, regedit, finding my pendrive's PID and VID and looking for repairing tool didn't help either because I couldn't find any tools for my USB drive.

I've no idea what to do.
