Just got my new RMAed CPU and I need some help. Anyone using ryzen cpu have an answer to my question? I am using r5 3600 and I use msi afterburner to track my cpu cores' usage while gaming and I always see only one core which is my CPU2 running way lower % than the others by low I mean 0-10%(sometimes goes up 50% for a second) while others are like 50-80%. Should I be worried? I am scarred to try disabling CPPC and CPPC preferred cores in the bios because I kinda did and got blue screens till I had to reinstall windows. I am just so curious about this low % core, should I be worried? anything to make it run like the rest?   I will submit a screenshot when I get home to my pc.

I have a similar issue with my ryzen 3700x where sometimes when I boot my pc all the cores won’t go above 500 MHz, making everything super slow lol,  I have to restart and it works just fine, don’t know what causes it but I’ve been dealing with that for a year

wow man that must be annoying. I dunno man this is my first ryzen cpu. been using fx8350 then i7 6700. I personally don't like ryzen master since it can't be auto applied on startup. I think next time I will go to intel again. I hate OCing CPU now thanks to ryzen. I am ok with OCing gpu but this just gives me a headache.

Am I getting this correctly ?

I have this exact issue, but with a 9600k. Sometimes, core 0 to 4 are at 100%while core 5 is at 10-20%.
