I have a low end pc and can run the game but in the prolouge everytime i get to the car annd press f to get into the car i just have the music, black screen, and a loading circle in the bottom left for ever and ever. Is there anny fix i can do?

Hardware obviously isn't the best, but it should be sufficient enough for GTA. Have you bothered with uninstalling and reinstalling drivers?
