Bios update issue

Hi I'm new to this and I'm trying to update my bios on a lenovo e72 and I cant find any update for windows 10 . Can I use the windows 7  bios update ?

if there is none for win 10 maybe you don't need to update

Thanks for the advise . yes the thinkcentre edge 72 .will give that update a try later it just confused me not saying windows 10
