help Random artifacts in game

Hi , first time posting here so sorry if I do something wrong.

So I own an asus rog laptop with i7-6700HQ and gtx 960m

recently i started getting problems with artifacts that sometimes goes away but sometimes crashes the game.

if the crash happens windows shows that its blocking application access to graphics hardware.

I tried stress testing the gpu and at 100% usage no artifact problems or overheating has been seen.

So maybe someone here knows how to fix it or had a similar problem and fixed it? Or is my gpu cooked.

All help will be appreciate.

P.s In the screen shot there is a little bit of artifacts but it can be worse.

Are you drivers up to date?

Yes tried also older drivers still the same problem.

I mean... it's Destiny 2 so I'm inclined to say it's probably because that game is literally falling apart (*cough cough halfbaked season and broken Felwinter's quest*). But it's more like your GPU is starting to kick the bucket.

1. well if it would be only destiny but its also LoL and Subnautica.
2, If the gpu is starting to kick the bucked wouldn't the artifacts show up also in stress test? When i'm pushing it to 100%
