So I recently built my own PC with the following specs:

- Ryzen 7 3700x

- 16gb DDR4 3200MHz RAM

- MSI X470 Gaming Plus Max Motherboard

- Sapphire RX580 8gb

- Seasonic 750w platinum

- bequiet! Dark rock pro 4 CPU cooler

- NZXT H510i Case

- TP-link AC-1200 Wireless card

It's been running very well, but it seems to be having a very strange problem.  If I put it to sleep and don't wake it back up for a few hours, then it won't power back up at all.  The power button on the top of the case will continue to flash and nothing wakes up.  The only way I could get it back up and running was to hold down the power button and force it to shut down.  After that, it powers back up just fine.  I looked into it on Youtube and other forums and none of the tips given helped.  The only other piece of information that I can give is that the msi X470 has four debug LEDs on the motherboard itself labeled: BOOT, VGA, DRAM, and CPU.  The CPU light is solid red whenever this problem occurs.  Can anyone help me figure out what's going on with it?

I'd recommend checking your BIOS version and maybe upgrading. B450 and X470 MSI boards are known to have some quirks when used with Ryzen 3000 series CPUs.

Are you positive all the wires are in the correct sockets and are not damaged?

The only connector that's not plugged in is the other 4-pin for CPU power as the motherboard has a total of 12 pins and I read that only 8 are necessary

do you have any overclocking done on it? Otherwise the 4 pin is fine for the ryzen 7 3700x.

I haven't updated it since I built the PC which was only last week so this might be the problem
