does nvidia still has the virtual resolution ? if so how do i activate it ?

Yes,It's called DSR but it has flaws that聽VSR doesn't have.

DSR has weird artifacts on the edges of what is rendered,so NVIDIA is using smoothing to make it less visible but that just makes the image smeary.

You can enable DSR in Manage 3d settings > DSR factors

In DSR factors i recommend to enable: 1.78x , 2.00x , 3.00x , 4.00x

And in DSR Smoothness i recommend to use 16%,because the default 33% is too smeary.

Do you mean a custom resolution or DSR (dynamic super resolution) ?
You can set those in the Nvidia control panel, by right clicking on your desktop.
