It's gonna be my first pc build and I'm deciding if this is a good sub $1000 micro atx build. I'm looking for a low key budget PC that can handle 4k editing smoothly and high fps 1080p gaming. I also wanted it to be portable enough in a way that I can take it from house to house no problem. Keep in mind that I'll probably wait for the Ryzen 4000 series and possibly even 5000 (because of zen 4). Also I could wait for the 3000 series graphics cards and possibly snag a cheap 3060. Please tell me if this is a good looking build and critique all you want. Just don't recommend an AMD gpu because I want raytracing. If you convince me enough though, I might do it. High risk, High reward.

Edit: I'm gonna use the AMD stock cpu cooler to save money

Nice build. The GPU might be the bottleneck for this CPU, but You can alwas change it for RT card in the future if the prices drop. I don't know if the PSU is enough for this setup... Did You try any of PSU online calculators to check it?

500w is definitely enough, the unit is just bad quality. Don't use power supply calculators, the overestimate the wattages needed.

Bad quality PSU. Get a CX/System Power 9, or you could get a TXM for better efficiency.
