so I need an adapter that would go from either:

M Sata to M Molex

or M Molex to M Molex

I've been looking for hours now and I cannot find anything like that, its all Molex to Sata connections or Sata to F Molex, which is not what I need.

Please help or I'll literally rip my head off at this point

When you say going from M Molex to M Molex, does that mean you HAVE Male and need a female patch cable like this?

Not sure how you're going from 2 males together, as that usually means you have 2 SOURCES meeting together.  Can you explain what you're trying to accomplish and with what?

long story short, I ordered a set of 3 fans, an led strip and a fan controller hub thing from a company >> https://www.inter-tech.de/en/products/accessories/fans/rs-04 <<

Anyway, someone over there had the bright idea to make the power connector of the fan controller a Female Molex. And my PSU only has Female Molex connections, and last I checked Female dont work with another Female cable

i mean a psu has male molex and the argb controller looks like it has both m and female molex on it.... unless they changed it from the pic...that's what you get buying generic

Looks like PSU has female molex, not male. (It's determined by the pins, not the plastic. Sure, the plastic goes inside the other, but the pins are female.)

But more importantly for OP, while it's not shown well in the photo, it looks like this controller has a male-to-female pass-through. I've seen this on other devices; the idea is that you can plug more than one device into a single PSU molex connector—you'd plug this into the PSU cable, then plug some other device into the back (female) side of this. Not saying that's a good idea to do, but that's why it's designed this way. So you don't need any adapter.

so the way i understand it is i followed that the connector male that when in to the female connector but electronics guys say the its the pins that determine what gender then connector is.

so im guessing your looking for an female outer with an male inner pins..... atm its hard to get any cables or there price whent up. best bet is to cut off the connector on the rgb controller or buy 2 female outer with an male inner pins connectors and wire em together.

It's easy to misunderstand. Sexing cables takes a bit of skill, especially when you have connectors where the shroud seems female/male but the pins are male/female, as Molex is (see also coaxial F-connectors, PSU AC supply connector, etc.)

When it comes to power cables, usually the source is female and the sink is male (this is done intentionally to reduce the chances of touching live wires), and Molex is no exception, although its voltages are low enough to not matter.

ya i fried a storage drive by plugin it in the wrong way....that wont happen again..... i hate molex it should be dead by now although sata not much better i still have sata cable unplug. yes some do have a lock on it but some don't. we need a better stranded. mb 4-8p and gpu 6-8 pin and 20-24 pin work grate. i also hate corsairs connector. jsu-sm works good thow. and internal usb 9 pin is possible to plug in the wrong way also....
